The Bailey Company (TBC) was originally called the York Company due to the location of the first restaurant at York and Colfax in Denver, CO. Throughout the 1970’s, the company continued to build restaurants in Colorado and opened its first out-of-state restaurant in Casper, Wyoming in 1976. By the early 1980’s the company had ventured into Florida and changed its name to The Bailey Company.

Today TBC operates 57 locations including the original location at York & Colfax. The look and the menu have changed over the years, but many of the faces have remained the same. TBC is proud of its employee longevity and the leaders that have allowed TBC to win numerous awards and become one of the leading franchisees in the Arby’s system.
